Objectives of the Course The aim of this course is to provide provide necessary knowledge and skills about;
• basic life support and first aid
• concept of communication
• effective communication and its clinical competence
• developing a sense of self awareness and respect for other individuals by empathy
• the necessity for a patient centred approach
• decontamination, disinfection and handwashing
Course Content Theoretical and practical sessions, drama, role playing, peer discussions, experiential learning and seminars, case studies and group presentations, skills training with task trainers and on models
