The 'physiotherapy' program, opened within the scope of Acıbadem University Health Services Vocational School, is a 2-year associate degree program prepared for this purpose. according to the diagnosis and treatment program of the specialist physician; To train Physiotherapy technicians, who are highly competent, equipped in terms of knowledge, to help individuals who are injured for any reason under the supervision of a physiotherapist, to provide the necessary physical therapy and rehabilitation program.  Physiotherapy technicians are health personnel who help patients to provide safe, effective and quality health care in physical therapy and exercise practices under the supervision of specialist physicians and physiotherapists.

The need for physical therapy and rehabilitation services increases in order to prevent functional disorders from becoming permanent after all kinds of injuries that cause movement disorders and to increase the quality of life of the person. In the success of the treatments in this field, it is of great importance that the practice under the coordination and supervision of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialist is carried out by the well-trained assistant health personnel "Physiotherapy Technician".
