Developments in science and technology and the impact of the change in the presentation of health services and the financial system, to adapt to the globalization efforts, cost and efficiency pressures, qualified instructors who can give you the education and training competent health management require training to participants the purpose of the PhD program in the medical management of research in the field of Health Management to do a thorough review of both theoretical and practical issues of the field and new methods to be able to comment and to enable you to acquire the ability to develop to achieve results. In all countries of the world, two efforts are being tried to be made together; one is to strive to manage the growing and dec health service demands, and the other is to plan the irrepressible increase in health expenditures in coordination with sustainability efforts. These activities have been increasing the need for managers who have received a “Doctorate in Health Management” education in both the public and private health sectors in recent years. Students who are studying for a Doctorate in Health Management will be able to analyze the presentation and financing of health services using economic evaluation methods and decide on the correct use of resources and technologies. By using resources cost-effectively, it will be able to both do and do the right job, and do and do the right job, and therefore make very effective contributions to the health sector. In summary, it is aimed to train health managers at the doctoral level who can think analytically and critically in the field of education, research, practice and management, develop new approaches to solving problems, analyze information correctly, use research methods effectively with the Doctoral Program in Health Management.

History
The aim of the health management doctoral program is to give its participants the ability to conduct research in the field of Health Management, to comprehensively study and comment on both theoretical and practical issues of the field, and to develop methods for achieving new results. In all countries of the world, two efforts are being made together, one of which is to strive to manage growing and diversified health service demands, and the other is to plan the irrepressible increase in health spending in coordination with sustainability efforts. These efforts increase the need for managers who have received “doctorate in health management” training in both public and private health sector in recent years. Students studying for a doctorate in health management will be able to analyze the provision and financing of health services using economic assessment methods and decide on the use of the right resources and technologies. By using resources cost-effective, they will both do and do the right job, and they will do and do the right job, and therefore they will be able to make very effective contributions to the health sector. In summary, the Doctoral Program in Health Management aims to educate health managers at the doctoral level who can think analytically and critically in the field of Education, Research, Practice and management, who can develop new approaches for solving problems, who can analyze information correctly, who can use research methods effectively.

Health management, health care management, Hospital Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Public Administration, Public Health, Nursing Management, Health Law, Health Economics graduate from one of the areas of Master.
Candidates applying from programs that are not receiving a master's degree can plan a scientific preparation period specific to the Department's courses. In this case, those who are; health management department board as a result of the evaluation of the undergraduate or graduate programs are selected from the courses created by the scientific preparatory courses”must accept the condition to take.

Graduates of Medicine, Dentistry and pharmacy can apply without requiring a master's degree graduation requirement. Language Proficiency
Foreign language exams accepted by the Council of Higher Education;
TOEFL-IBT: minimum 66 points
YDS / UDS/KPDS/YÖKDIL: minimum 55 points
Scientific Competence
For graduate education, to have received the least valid score from one of the following exams (result documents must be valid until the application date)
Academic staff and Graduate Education Entrance Examination (ALES) must have at least 55 points from one of any type of score they will obtain, GRE at least 149 for foreign students or GMAT at least 450 points.
Higher Grade Transition
Students who graduate from this program can continue their postdoctoral training programs and apply for a lecturer/member in the relevant faculties of universities.
Graduation Requirements
The student must succeed by taking the minimum number of courses, seminar course and thesis work that constitute the graduation requirement in the program. For graduation from graduate programs determined by the Institute of Health Sciences, the student's GPA must be at least 3.00 out of 4.00.
Occupational Profiles of Graduates
Students who have graduated from the program; Hospitals (public and private hospitals) ,the Central Ministry of Health and affiliated institutions, universities and research institutions, rehabilitation centers, home health care services organizations, consulting firms, health insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies and medical equipment is to have employment opportunities. In addition, he can be employed as an academic in the Health Management Departments of universities.
Assessment and Grading
